It has been more than 35 years since GO-KARTS PLUS opened it’s doors on the former site of the Great American Waterslide, and in that time it has gone from being a humble two-track park to a hugely popular, multifaceted amusement center.
The original park sat on four acres of land and featured merely two go-kart tracks, Bumper Boats, Kiddieland, a small arcade and miniature golf course, which was built during construction of the former water slide 40 years ago.
Today, Go-Karts Plus boasts eight acres, four go-kart tracks, Bumper Cars, Blaster Boats, the Python Pit Kiddie Coaster, the DISK’O’ thrill ride from Italy, an expanded arcade, and the new Gold Rush Mini Golf featuring an authentic western wagon, water tower and mine shaft.
We also added Toddler Town, a free play zone for the little ones. With entertainment suited for all ages, Go-Karts Plus is the premier destination for the whole family to relax and have a blast while in Williamsburg!
We are now adding a multi level elevated go-kart track named the “S K Y L I N E S P E E D W A Y” and hope to have it completed in 2024. Please stay tuned and check back for our grand opening date!
